My husband and I went on a date over the weekend where we had dinner at an Italian restaurant and then headed over to a nearby hotel to relax in their wine bar for drinks and dessert. I never knew that a carrot cake cheesecake existed, but I’m here to tell you that it was tasty.

While we were walking around the hotel, we saw these old-fashioned phones that I just had to try out. It felt fun and goofy to act like a little girl talking on the phone to no one, although maybe it was just the sugar talking from that dessert we shared.
