This week has somehow flown by, so I’ve hardly realized that it’s actually Friday. Even with the week going by at lightening speed, I was able to organize my closet, work out, and watch a favorite movie. Not to mention, trying to keep up with the shows recorded on our DVR, which must be clean before all of my fall shows start in a few weeks.

One reason why I love dedicating Friday’s post to ‘the little things’ is because it helps me actually notice little things that I’ve enjoyed throughout the week. Sometimes it’s easy to overlook them, and this post helps me slow down and remember something that may have perked me up during the busy work week. I hope that you are able to notice the little things around you too, no matter how small.

 I have been looking forward to the weekend all week. Not because we have anything special planned, but because we have a three-day weekend thanks to Labor Day. I would never turn one of those down!
